Hazmat Company Truck Driver (W2) - Ellicott City, MD

HMD Trucking is hiring experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to handle HAZMAT freight nationwide. We provide:

  • Strong starting pay at 77 CPM Split plus an additional 4 CPM for hazmat transport.
  • Weekly averages of around 5,000 miles.
  • Performance bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.

Our drivers operate modern trucks that are less than 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleeping quarters, with reliable in-house maintenance support.

If you hold a CDL A license and have at least 12 months of driving experience with a Hazmat endorsement, HMD is the place for competitive pay and a commitment to your safety and success.

Requirements

  • 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
  • Hazmat endorsement
  • No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
  • No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
  • Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
