Team OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Elyria, OH by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

Become part of HMD Trucking’s team hauling Hazmat freight nationwide. Benefit from split pay beginning at 77 CPM plus a 2 CPM Hazmat bonus, and log around 5,000 miles each week in tractors under three years old, complete with APUs, inverters, and sleeper berths.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport dry van Hazmat loads safely and on schedule
- Follow all DOT and HAZMAT guidelines
- Collaborate with dispatch to plan efficient routes
Why Drive with Us? You’ll receive proactive in-house maintenance, home every two weeks, plus health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k). Must have a CDL A license and Hazmat endorsement with at least 12 months’ experience.
