Hazmat Company Truck Driver W2 - Franklin, TN
Join the HMD Trucking family as we look for experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to handle HAZMAT freight throughout the country. We offer robust mileage compensation beginning at 77 CPM Split, along with an extra 4 CPM for hazmat transportation, reaching average weekly miles of about 5,000. Additional bonuses are available for safe driving, clean inspections, referrals, and more.

Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid CDL A license with a minimum of 12 months OTR experience.
- Hazmat endorsement is required.
- A strong focus on safety and a team-oriented mindset.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.04 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Clean Inspection Bonus: $100
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home
