HazMat Company Truck Driver (W-2) - Franklin, TN
Join HMD Trucking as we look for experienced OTR Solo CDL A Drivers to handle HAZMAT freight nationwide.
What We Provide:
- Strong mileage compensation beginning at 60 CPM, plus an extra 4 CPM for hazardous materials.
- Weekly mileage averages of around 2,500 miles with performance bonuses.
- Access to modern, well-maintained trucks under 3 years old, equipped with APUs and inverters.
- Reliable maintenance support from our in-house team.
- Home time every two weeks.
- Full benefits package including health, dental, vision insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid CDL A license.
- Minimum of 12 months OTR driving experience required.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.04 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home
