HazMat Company Driver (W-2) - Germantown, MD

Join the HMD Trucking team as we seek experienced OTR Solo CDL A Drivers to transport HAZMAT freight nationwide. We offer a strong pay structure starting at 60 CPM, with an additional 4 CPM for hazmat loads, averaging about 2,500 miles per week. Our drivers also benefit from bonuses for exceptional driving, clean inspections, and referrals.

What We Provide:

  • Modern trucks that are less than 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and sleepers for comfort.
  • In-house maintenance support ensuring your truck is always in great shape.
  • Home every two weeks along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

Requirements:

  • Valid CDL A license.
  • Minimum of 12 months of driving experience.
  • A commitment to safety and professionalism.

Requirements

  • 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
  • Hazmat endorsement
  • No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
  • No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
  • Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
