Requirements

  • 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
  • Hazmat endorsement
  • No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
  • No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
  • Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Benefits

  • CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)
  • +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
  • +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
  • Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights at home

  • Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
  • Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
  • Orientation Pay: $150

Be part of Benefit Trucking’s Hamilton driving team, where safety and driver satisfaction drive our success. We’re recruiting experienced OTR Dry Van + HazMat team drivers for dedicated routes.

Key Duties:

  • Transport dry van and hazardous materials responsibly
  • Comply with all DOT, federal, and company safety regulations
  • Accurately maintain logs, perform inspections, and communicate with dispatch
