HazMat Company Truck Driver (W-2) - Henderson, KY
Join HMD Trucking as we seek experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to haul HAZMAT freight throughout the nation. We offer strong mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, with an additional 4 CPM when hauling hazmat, with weekly averages of around 5,000 miles. Bonuses are available for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.
What We Provide:
- Modern trucks under 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and sleeper cabs for comfort.
- Reliable in-house maintenance support.
- Regular home time every two weeks, along with a full benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid CDL A license with at least 12 months of verifiable experience.
- Hazmat endorsement is mandatory.
- A strong dedication to safety and performance.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.04 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Clean Inspection Bonus: $100
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Sign On Bonus $10000
- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
