HazMat Company Driver (W-2) - Hydeville, VT
Join HMD Trucking as we seek experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers for HAZMAT freight nationwide. We offer strong mileage compensation, starting at 77 CPM Split, with an additional 4 CPM for hauling hazardous materials. Drivers can expect to average about 5,000 miles per week, alongside bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.
What We Provide:
- Access to modern trucks, under three years old, featuring APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleeper cabs.
- Reliable in-house maintenance support.
- Regular time at home every two weeks, along with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
Qualifications:
- CDL A license with a minimum of 12 months of experience required.
- Must have Hazmat endorsement.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.04 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Clean Inspection Bonus: $100
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home
