Requirements

  • 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
  • Hazmat endorsement
  • No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
  • No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
  • Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Benefits

  • CPM $0.65 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
  • +$0.02 CPM when hauling hazmat

Vacancy Description

Benefit Trucking’s Independence, KY team is looking for OTR Dry Van + HazMat drivers committed to safe, efficient transport.

Drivers make $0.65–$0.77 per mile and receive a $2,500 sign-on bonus. Extra pay applies for hazardous material loads.

  • Haul dry van and hazmat freight on assigned routes

  • Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain logs
