Team OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Jonesboro, AR by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

Key Responsibilities:
- Secure and haul Hazmat materials safely
- Follow DOT and HMD safety protocols
- Coordinate with co-driver for efficient routing
Operate under-three-year trucks featuring APUs, inverters, and sleeper bunks, supported by our maintenance team.
Enjoy health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) plans, plus bonuses for safe driving and referrals. Drive about 5,000 miles weekly and get home every two weeks.
Required: CDL A license with Hazmat endorsement and 12 months’ experience.
