Team OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Kansas City, MO by Benefit Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

What you’ll do:
- Operate company-owned dry van tractors in team coverage
- Transport hazardous materials while maintaining compliance
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections
- Collaborate with dispatch to meet schedules
You’ll earn $0.77–$0.84 per mile (split) with a $10,000 sign-on bonus, plus health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, biweekly home time, and safety/productivity incentives.
