Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights at home

- 401(k) Retirement Plan: Employer matching contributions available

- Clean Inspection Bonus: $100

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)

- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150

- Transport hazardous materials safely on long-haul and regional runs
- Ensure compliance with all DOT and company safety protocols
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections
- Coordinate with dispatch for on-time deliveries
Candidates must hold a CDL A license, HazMat endorsement, 12+ months OTR driving experience, and a commitment to safety and reliability.
