Requirements

  • 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
  • Hazmat endorsement
  • No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
  • No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
  • Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Benefits

  • CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)
  • +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
  • +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
  • Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

  • Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
  • Orientation Pay: $150

Drive nationwide Hazmat lanes with HMD Trucking’s OTR team from Laconia, NH, delivering dry van freight under top safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport hazardous goods in dry vans with a Hazmat endorsement
  • Uphold FMCSA and company safety regulations
  • Coordinate with dispatch for optimal coast-to-coast routing

  • 79 CPM split pay + 2 CPM when hauling Hazmat, ~5,000 weekly miles
