Team OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Laconia, NH by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split

With pay at 77 CPM split plus 2 CPM for Hazmat, drivers see weekly averages around 5,000 miles.
Key Duties:
- Haul Hazmat freight securely in dry vans
- Follow all federal and state safety regulations
- Keep precise delivery and log records
Drivers operate sub-3-year trucks fitted with APUs, inverters, and sleepers, enjoy dedicated maintenance support, return home every three weeks, and receive comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).
