Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.65 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.02 CPM when hauling hazmat

Vacancy Description
Benefit Trucking is hiring OTR Dry Van drivers with HazMat endorsements in Lakeville, MN.
You’ll earn $0.65–$0.77 per mile, receive a $2,500 sign-on bonus, and enjoy HazMat pay differentials.
Primary Duties:
- Safely haul dry van and hazardous materials
- Follow federal, state, and company regulations
- Log all trips and inspections accurately
