Hazmat Company Truck Driver W2 - Laverne, OK
HMD Trucking is looking for experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to run HAZMAT freight nationwide. We offer strong mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split and an additional 4 CPM for hazmat loads, averaging around 5,000 miles weekly with bonuses available for safe driving and clean inspections.

Qualifications:
- Valid CDL A license.
- Minimum of 12 months OTR experience.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
