Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights at home

- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
Vacancy Description
Drive Hazmat freight nationwide from Lee’s Summit, MO with HMD Trucking’s OTR team.
Position duties:
- Team-drive dry vans carrying hazardous loads
- Ensure compliance with DOT and Hazmat regulations
- Communicate delivery status and maintain logs
What we offer:
- 77 CPM split plus 2 CPM on hazmat precious cargo
- Weekly averages of 5,000 miles and bonus opportunities for safety and clean inspections
- Modern trucks under 3 years old with sleeper, APU, inverter, supported by in-house maintenance
Home every two weeks and access full benefits: health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k). Requires CDL A with 12+ months experience and Hazmat endorsement.
