Team OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Little Rock, AR by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

Key Responsibilities:
- Securely load and transport Hazmat shipments
- Adhere to FMCSA and HMD safety guidelines
- Partner with co-driver for consistent, on-time deliveries
Operate trucks under three years old with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleepers, backed by our maintenance team.
Access full benefits—health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k)—and bonuses for safety and referrals. Average about 5,000 miles per week with home every two weeks.
Applicants need a CDL A license, Hazmat endorsement, and at least 12 months’ experience.
