OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Madison, WI by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.65 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.02 CPM when hauling hazmat

Key Responsibilities:
- Convey hazardous materials safely across long-haul routes
- Follow all DOT and HAZMAT regulatory requirements
- Conduct rigorous pre-trip and post-trip equipment checks
- Collaborate with dispatch to optimize delivery schedules
With pay starting at 65 CPM (+2 CPM for hazmat), drivers average 2,500 miles weekly and qualify for safety, inspection, and referral bonuses. Enjoy bi-weekly home time, late-model tractors equipped with APUs, inverters, sleepers, dedicated maintenance support, and a full suite of benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL A license
