Hazmat Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Marshall, MN
Join HMD Trucking as we seek experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to handle HAZMAT freight on a national scale. We offer an attractive mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, plus an additional 4 CPM for hazmat hauling, with average weekly miles around 5,000 and various bonuses for safe practices, clean inspections, and referrals!
What You Can Expect:
- Access to modern trucks under 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and spacious sleepers.
- Reliable in-house maintenance support.
- Home every three weeks.

Candidate Requirements:
- Must hold a valid CDL A with a minimum of 12 months of driving experience.
- Hazmat endorsement is necessary.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.04 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home
