Hazmat Company Truck Driver W2 - Marshall, MN
HMD Trucking is actively hiring experienced OTR Solo CDL A Drivers to manage HAZMAT freight across the country. We offer robust mileage pay starting at 60 CPM with an additional 4 CPM for hazmat loads. Drivers typically achieve an average of 2,500 miles per week, plus bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.
What We Provide:
- Modern vehicles under 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and sleepers.
- Reliable in-house maintenance support.
- Home every three weeks.

Requirements:
- Must hold a valid CDL A license.
- At least 12 months of driving experience.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
