Hazmat Company Truck Driver W2 - Medford, OK
HMD Trucking is seeking experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to handle HAZMAT freight delivery nationwide. Our competitive mileage pay starts at 77 CPM Split, with an additional 4 CPM for hazmat transport, averaging around 5,000 miles weekly.

Qualifications:

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.04 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
