OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Milwaukee, WI by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.65 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.02 CPM when hauling hazmat
- $2,500 sign-on bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport hazmat freight on OTR routes
- Comply with federal and state HAZMAT standards
- Perform detailed pre- and post-trip inspections
- Maintain communication with dispatch for seamless operations
Earn 65 CPM (+2 CPM on hazmat loads) with average weekly miles around 2,500 and bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals. Return home every two weeks with modern trucks under three years old, full maintenance support, and comprehensive benefits: health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).
Qualifications:
- CDL A license
- At least 12 months of OTR experience
