HazMat Company Truck Driver (W-2) - Minnetonka, MN
Join HMD Trucking as we seek experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers for HAZMAT freight nationwide. Our compensation starts at an impressive 77 CPM Split, with an added 4 CPM for hazmat transportation, averaging about 5,000 miles weekly. Bonuses are available for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.
What We Provide:
- Modern trucks under 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleeping areas.
- Dependable in-house maintenance support.
- Regular home time every two weeks.
- Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
Qualifications:
- A valid CDL A with Hazmat endorsement.
- Minimum of 12 months of driving experience.
- A strong commitment to safety and excellence.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.04 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
