Hazmat Company Truck Driver - Montchanin, DE
Join the HMD Trucking family as we search for skilled OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to haul HAZMAT freight nationwide. We offer a strong pay structure starting at 77 CPM Split, with an additional 4 CPM for hazmat hauls, and average weekly miles around 5,000. Bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals are part of our commitment to our drivers.
What You Can Expect:
- Access to modern trucks (under 3 years old) equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleeping areas.
- Dependable in-house maintenance support to keep you on the road.

Requirements:
- CDL A license with a minimum of 12 months experience.
- Must hold a Hazmat endorsement.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.04 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Clean Inspection Bonus: $100
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home
