Requirements

  • 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
  • Hazmat endorsement
  • No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
  • No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
  • Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Benefits

  • CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)
  • +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
  • +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
  • Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights at home

Vacancy Description

Be part of the HazMat transport specialists at HMD Trucking in Muskogee, OK, ensuring safe delivery of critical freight nationwide.

Roles & Duties:

  • Operate vehicles under HazMat protocols
  • Communicate with dispatch for route planning
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip safety checks
  • Maintain accurate log and inspection reports

Compensation & Fleet: Drive late-model trucks featuring APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleepers. Earn 77¢/mile split plus 2¢/mile for HazMat runs, with safety bonuses.

Driver Benefits: Home every two weeks, average 5,000 miles weekly, dedicated in-house maintenance support, health/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k), referral incentives.
