Requirements

  • Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Benefits

  • CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)
  • +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split

In this team role, you’ll pilot OTR Dry Van routes with HazMat loads, ensuring every shipment meets regulatory and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team coordination on extended-haul operations
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections
  • Follow DOT and HazMat handling procedures

You’ll receive $0.77–$0.84 per mile (split), a $10,000 sign-on bonus, full health coverage options, 401(k) with match, flexible PTO, and consistent biweekly home time.
