Hazmat Company Truck Driver W2 - Ocean City, MD

Join HMD Trucking as we look for experienced OTR Solo CDL A Drivers to handle HAZMAT freight throughout the country.

Our Offerings Include:

  • Strong mileage compensation starting at 60 CPM, plus an additional 4 CPM for hazmat transport.
  • Weekly averages of approximately 2,500 miles.
  • Incentives for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.
  • Access to modern trucks that are less than 3 years old, featuring APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleeping areas.
  • Dependable in-house maintenance support.
  • Home every three weeks, with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

Candidate Requirements:

  • CDL A license with a minimum of 12 months of driving experience.
  • A focus on safety and teamwork within a supportive environment.

Requirements

  • 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
  • Hazmat endorsement
  • No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
  • No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
  • Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

  • CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
  • +$0.04 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
