- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

What You’ll Do:
- Partner with another driver to transport dry van freight across local and interstate routes
- Safely manage hazmat shipments under federal regulations
- Keep detailed logs and perform regular inspections
- Collaborate with dispatch to optimize routes
We provide split pay ($0.77–$0.84/mi), a $10,000 sign-on bonus, medical/dental/vision coverages, 401(k) matching, flexible PTO, biweekly home time, and safety/productivity incentives.
