HazMat Company Truck Driver (W-2) - Owensboro, KY
HMD Trucking is searching for experienced OTR Solo CDL A Drivers to run HAZMAT freight across the country.
What We Offer You:
- Competitive mileage pay starting at 60 CPM, with an extra 4 CPM for hazmat transportation.
- Average weekly miles of approximately 2,500, with bonuses for safe driving and clean inspections.
- Modern trucks (under 3 years old) equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleeping arrangements.
- Reliable in-house maintenance support to ensure vehicle readiness.
- Home every two weeks, with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
Requirements:
- A valid CDL A license with at least 12 months of verifiable driving experience.
- A strong focus on safety and a commitment to excellence.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.04 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home
