Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.65 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.02 CPM when hauling hazmat
- $2,500 sign-on bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

Be a key OTR driver in Paducah, KY, for HMD Trucking’s nationwide HAZMAT freight operations, delivering critical loads safely.
Job Duties:
- Plan and execute cross-country hazmat routes in compliance with federal standards
- Maintain detailed transport and inspection records
- Conduct routine vehicle checks and minor servicing
Experience modern tractors under three years old equipped with sleeper cabs, APUs, and inverters, plus robust in-house maintenance. Gain biweekly home time, industry-leading mileage pay, and safety and referral bonuses.
