Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights at home

Our experienced CDL A drivers receive mileage pay beginning at 77¢/mile (plus 2¢/mile on Hazmat) and average roughly 5,000 miles per week.
Role Highlights:
- Operate late-model dry vans outfitted with APU, inverter, and sleeper
- Handle hazardous materials with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Work closely with dispatch to plan efficient routes
