Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

Drive alongside a partner to deliver hazardous dry van freight nation-wide for HMD Trucking.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate modern tractors under three years old, complete with APUs, inverters, and sleepers
- Safely transport HAZMAT loads under all regulatory guidelines
- Maintain precise mileage, inspection, and delivery logs
Receive 77 CPM split + 2 CPM on hazmat, plus weekly safety and referral bonuses. Leverage reliable in-house maintenance, enjoy home every two weeks, and access full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k). CDL A license with 12 months’ experience and HAZMAT endorsement required.
