Requirements

  • 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience

  • Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Benefits

  • CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)
  • +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
  • +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
  • Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights at home

  • Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours

Vacancy Description

Benefit Trucking’s Plattsmouth, NE station is built on a foundation of safety excellence and driver well-being. We invite experienced OTR Dry Van + HazMat team drivers to transport vital freight across regional and national circuits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport hazardous materials and dry van loads safely
  • Follow DOT and company regulations at all times
  • Maintain precise logs and delivery documentation
  • Perform comprehensive pre- and post-trip vehicle checks

Enjoy split pay of $0.77–$0.84 per mile, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, health/dental/vision coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off, biweekly home time, and safety/performance bonuses.
