Requirements

  • 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
  • Hazmat endorsement
  • No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
  • No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
  • Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Benefits

  • CPM $0.65 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
  • +$0.02 CPM when hauling hazmat
  • $2,500 sign-on bonus
  • Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

Benefit Trucking invites experienced OTR Dry Van and HazMat drivers in Ponca City, OK to join a safety-driven team focused on driver wellbeing.

Your Role:

  • Safely operate Dry Van tractor-trailers
  • Transport hazardous materials following DOT standards
  • Keep accurate trip logs and delivery records

Compensation & Perks:

  • $0.65–$0.77 per mile with $2,500 sign-on bonus
