HazMat Company Truck Driver (W-2) - Pond Creek, OK
Join the HMD Trucking team as an experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Driver, focused on HAZMAT freight nationwide. We offer strong mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, plus an additional 4 CPM for hazmat loads, with weekly averages around 5,000 miles and bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.

Candidate Requirements:
- Must have a valid CDL A license with at least 12 months of OTR experience.
- Hazmat endorsement is required.
- Commitment to safety and excellence in driving.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.04 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
