OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Potsdam, NY by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.65 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.02 CPM when hauling hazmat
- $2,500 sign-on bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

Role Summary:
- Handle and transport Hazmat shipments safely
- Follow federal, state, and local regulations
- Complete inspection reports and maintain logs
Operate late-model trucks under three years old with sleeper cabs, APUs, and inverters, plus in-house maintenance support. Benefit from regular home time, performance-based bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).
