OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Rhinelander, WI by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.65 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.02 CPM when hauling hazmat
- $2,500 sign-on bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

Key Duties:
- Safely haul HAZMAT freight coast to coast
- Conduct DOT-compliant inspections and maintain detailed logs
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient routing
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations
Drivers holding a CDL A license with 12+ months of experience are eligible for full benefits, 401(k), PTO, and biweekly home time.
