Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights at home

Competitive pay starts at 77 ¢/mi split, plus 2 ¢/mi for HAZMAT, with average weekly distances near 5,000 miles.
What You’ll Handle:
- Transportation of HAZMAT dry van freight
- Coordination with your driving partner
- Compliance with federal and state regulations
- Completion of inspections, logs, and paperwork
Our fleet features late-model tractors with sleepers, APUs, and inverters. You’ll have in-house maintenance, a full benefits package, PTO, 401(k), and home every two weeks.
