Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

What You’ll Handle:
- Nationwide dry van Hazmat freight runs
- 77¢/mi split pay plus 2¢/mi on Hazmat loads and extra bonuses for safe driving, inspections, and referrals
- Average about 5,000 miles weekly under federal and state guidelines
You’ll pilot sub-three-year tractors featuring APUs, inverters, and sleepers, supported by in-house maintenance. Return home every three weeks and access health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k). Join HMD’s dependable network and driver-first philosophy.
