Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

HMD Trucking is recruiting seasoned OTR team drivers in Sartell, MN, holding CDL A and Hazmat endorsements.
Haul dry van Hazmat freight nationwide in reliable, under-3-year trucks equipped with APUs, inverters and spacious sleepers.
Our dedicated in-house maintenance team keeps you on the road.
What You’ll Handle:
- Safely team-deliver Hazmat loads
- Keep compliance and logs up to date
- Plan and execute coast-to-coast routes
Earn a competitive 77¢/mi split plus 2¢/mi on Hazmat freight, with bonuses for safety, inspections and referrals.
