Requirements
- CDL Class A
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable OTR experience
- 23 years of age or older
- HAZMAT Endorsement Preferred
- Strong work ethic, responsibility & positive attitude
Benefits
- $0.80 CPM - Dry van (all miles paid)
- Additional pay when hauling Hazmat
- 3,000+ miles
- Home time: 3 weeks out/ flexible home time
- 2020 - 2024 Freightliners Cascadia, LED headlights, Fridge, microwave & Inverter

- Light HAZMAT only (paints, batteries, cleaning supplies, etc.)
- 24/7 Dispatch Support (All dispatchers & Ops Managers are former drivers)

- Cash advances available after 2 weeks
- Extra Stop Pay: $50 per stop
- Detentions
- Safety Bonus: $100 - $300
- Referral Bonus: $400 after 30 days on duty
- Sign on bonus total of $4,000

What You'll Do:
- Transport dry van and HazMat freight across regional and national lanes
- Maintain compliance with FMCSA rules and accurate driving logs
- Utilize our 24/7 dispatch for efficient routing and issue resolution
What We Offer:
- Pay rates of $0.70–$0.75 per mile, plus detention, stop, and safety bonuses
- Average weekly pay from $2,200–$3,100 and sign-on bonus up to $4,000
- Pet-friendly policy and dispatch staffed by experienced drivers
