HazMat Company Driver (W-2) - Smyrna, DE
HMD Trucking is looking for experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to handle HAZMAT freight across the United States. We offer strong mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, with an additional 4 CPM for hazmat loads and weekly averages of around 5,000 miles, alongside bonuses for safe driving and clean inspections.

Eligibility Requirements:
- Valid CDL A license with a minimum of 12 months experience.
- HAZMAT endorsement is required.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.04 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
