Hazmat Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Smyrna, DE
HMD Trucking is seeking experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to haul HAZMAT freight nationwide. Our pay starts at 77 CPM Split, plus an additional 4 CPM for hazmat transport, with an average of approximately 5,000 miles weekly and bonuses for safe driving and referrals.
What We Provide:
- Modern trucks under 3 years old equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleeping accommodations.
- Dependable in-house maintenance support.

Requirements:
- Valid CDL A with a minimum of 12 months of experience.
- Hazmat endorsement required.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
