Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.65 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.02 CPM when hauling hazmat
- $2,500 sign-on bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

Key Activities:
- Ensure safe, compliant transport of HAZMAT freight
- Maintain precise logs and complete inspections
- Work closely with dispatch for efficient routing
Pilot late-model rigs with APUs, inverters, and sleeper berths, backed by in-house maintenance.
Benefits Overview:
- 65 CPM base rate, plus 4 CPM on hazmat loads
- Roughly 2,500 miles weekly plus safety, inspection, and referral bonuses
