Team OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Springfield, OH by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

Join HMD Trucking for dedicated team drivers moving Hazmat freight across the country. With split pay starting at 77 CPM (plus 2 CPM on Hazmat loads) and average weekly runs near 5,000 miles, you’ll operate late-model tractors with APUs, inverters, and sleepers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely haul dry van Hazmat freight coast to coast
- Maintain compliance with DOT and HAZMAT regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatch for optimized routes
