Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.65 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.02 CPM when hauling hazmat

- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle HAZMAT freight safely under federal and state guidelines
- Maintain precise logs, inspection reports, and compliance records
- Plan and execute efficient delivery routes
Drivers operate late-model tractors with APUs, inverters, and sleepers, supported by in-house maintenance. Average 2,500 miles weekly, plus safety, inspection, and referral bonuses, full benefits package, and home every two weeks.
