Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat

Vacancy Description
Join HMD Trucking’s team in Stillwater, OK for nationwide HazMat OTR operations, prioritizing safety and consistency on every haul.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport hazardous materials safely and on schedule
- Follow DOT and company compliance standards
- Perform thorough equipment inspections
- Keep precise delivery and mileage logs
Equipment & Pay: Operate sub-3-year trucks with APUs, inverters, sleepers. Base pay 77¢/mile split, plus 2¢/mile HazMat bonus and performance rewards.
