HazMat Company Truck Driver (W-2) - Tangier, VA
Join HMD Trucking as we seek experienced OTR Solo CDL A Drivers to haul HAZMAT freight across the country.
Compensation Package Includes:
- Strong mileage pay beginning at 60 CPM, plus an additional 4 CPM for hazardous materials.
- Average weekly runs of around 2,500 miles.
- Bonuses available for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.
- Drive modern trucks that are less than 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleeper cabs.
- Enjoy dependable in-house maintenance support.

- Home every three weeks.

If you possess a CDL A license and a minimum of 12 months of driving experience, apply to be part of a dedicated team that prioritizes safety and driver success.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.04 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
