Requirements

  • 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience

  • Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Benefits

  • CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)
  • +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
  • +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
  • Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights at home

  • Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
  • Orientation Pay: $150

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with your team partner on time-sensitive hauls
  • Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip checks
  • Adhere strictly to HazMat and federal safety regulations
  • Maintain detailed logs and paperwork
