OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Towson, MD by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.65 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.02 CPM when hauling hazmat

As an OTR solo CDL A driver, you’ll utilize trucks under three years old, equipped with sleepers, APUs, and inverters, plus dedicated maintenance support.
What You’ll Handle:
- Secure and compliant hazardous freight transport
- Accurate logbook and inspection record keeping
- Adherence to FMCSA regulations
Why You’ll Stay: 65¢/mi base pay plus 4¢/mi hazmat, ~2,500 miles weekly, full benefits package, home every two weeks, plus safety and performance bonuses.
